This Privacy Policy describes how The Silicon Based Life Form (“we”, “us”) treats information when you use https://www.thesiliconbasedlifeform.com and related pages (the “Site”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What we collect
We only ask for personal details where you choose to give them—for example, a name and email on the contact form, or account details if you sign in or create an account. If you join a mailing list, we store what you submit for that purpose.

We use cookies for things like session management, authentication, remembering cookie-consent choices, and keeping the Site usable. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit sign-in or certain features.
3. Analytics and third-party services
The Site is hosted on Vercel. In production we may use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (not sold for advertising profiling by us).
Some features use Supabase for authentication, storing messages you send through the Site, and related backend data processing under their terms and security practices.
The contact form may use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam; Google’s privacy policy applies to how they process signals from that widget.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers (such as those above) so the Site can function, or when required by law.
5. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
